A challenge has been issued to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The demand is for immediate action to rescue abducted prospective corps members. These individuals were taken on Independence Day. Their captivity has now lasted several days.

Further action is also being called for to secure the release of other abducted Nigerians. This includes those held in various parts of the country.
