Companies will no longer need to submit multiple financial statements to various government agencies. A national repository for audited financial statements has been launched, streamlining the process. This change affects submissions to several regulators, including the Corporate Affairs Commission and the Accountant-General of the Federation.

The launch of the repository was announced by the Financial Reporting Council. Further details about the new process are available from the Council.

A new headquarters was also recently commissioned, with a representative of the Vice President in attendance.
